Saving the kids
Hello I’m Abby! I am eleven years old. I’m riding in Cycle for Shelter with my dad. This is my first year and I am super excited. I like riding with my dad so this will be awesome! I am going to work really hard so I can do 15 or 25 miles.
I am riding because I think all people should have a home. People should be able to put their feet up at night and relax. It is not fair that so many people are homeless so I want to do everything I can to help.
I am doing Cycle for Shelter, a bike ride for a charity called Emmaus House. When you sleep tonight 300 people of all ages will be calling Emmaus “ home.” Meals are served three times a day.
Emmaus helps people who fall down get right back up on their feet. Emmaus helps by job training, substance abuse education, support groups, and those are just a few things.
Families only usually stay 2-8 months.
I will be in a team with my dad called High Vibration Wellness.
Now, I ask you for a donation. I don’t care if it is big or small. No pressure! If you don’t donate I will understand. Please donate to help save the next generation!
Thank you for your generosity!
