Thank you for visiting my Personal Fundraising Page.
I'll be participating again on Sunday, July 23, 2017 in the 29th Cycle for Shelter to raise critical funds to support Emmaus, a non-profit community development housing organization in Haverhil. They provide emergency shelter and affordable housing and support services to homeless and formerly homeless adults, families and children. Since 1985 Emmaus has served more than 27,000 men, women and children. Last year alone they helped 4,085 people—and of those 2,353 were children. Sadly, the average age for a homeless person in Massachusetts is 8 years old.
Again, Greg will be the captain for the Boxford rest stop and I will bike the metric century (62 miles). Cycle for Shelter brings together hundreds of riders and volunteers who care deeply about creating solutions to the tragedy of homelessness.
