Emmaus needs your financial support to insure that we'll be able to provide what homeless children and adults need to rebuild their lives - emergency shelter, housing search assistance, affordable housing, adult education and job training and support services. This year more than 2,500 homeless adutls and children will seek help from Emmaus as they face homelessness, a crisis that most of us can only imagine in our worst nightmares.
Here's the good news. Armed with sufficient resources, Emmaus can get the job done. In the past year alone, we have moved 200 homeless families and 80 individuals into permanent housing.
Emmaus is a local non-profit 501C(3) organization. Tax exempt #222 702 774 with very low administrative overhead costs (less than 10%). We do not use an event managment service, so 100% of the funds raised go to the Emmaus Programs.
